This is a translation for convenience. Where it differs from the Japanese text, the Japanese governs.

1. Price and registration

Free to use. No account is required, and nothing will ever be billed to you.

2. Rights in what you make

What you type and the diagrams you make are yours, to use freely, commercially or otherwise. This site claims no rights in them. Exported SVGs carry embedded fonts, all under licenses that permit embedding (see Licenses).

3. What happens to what you type

Nothing you type is sent here, so there is no way to keep, restore or delete it on your behalf. Saving happens only inside your browser, so export anything that matters as JSON and keep the file (see Privacy).

4. No warranty

The tool is provided as it stands. There is no warranty that it fits a particular purpose, that a diagram will always be laid out as intended, that the site will be available, or that saved work will not be lost. A change of browser settings, cleared site data or a failed device can all take the saved work with them.

No liability is accepted for loss arising from use of this tool or from being unable to use it, except where caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

5. What not to do

• Make content that infringes the rights of others — using a real part number or trademark, without the holder's permission, in a way that misleads
• Use it for unlawful purposes
• Place excessive load on the site, or interfere with its delivery
• Use the published source code contrary to its license (see Open source)

6. Changes and discontinuation

The site may change, or stop being offered, without notice. If it is to stop, notice will be posted here in advance as far as that is possible. Saved work lives on your own device, so the files you have already exported stay with you regardless.

7. Changes to these terms

Any change is accompanied by a new date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
