Rights in what you make
The diagrams you make are yours, with no restriction on commercial use. Nothing you type and nothing you make is received here — it all stays inside your browser.
Fonts embedded in an exported SVG
An exported SVG carries, inside the file, subsets of the fonts holding only the characters that diagram uses, so the letterforms do not change on a machine without those fonts installed. Every embedded font is under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, which permits embedding a font in a document. This site adds no restriction of its own to distributing or selling the files you export.
